you are all familiar with the fact that this year the Dancestar World Finals 2020 is moved to Online Competition in September / October (out of safety reasons). We are all looking forward to this exciting and new competition form, but we are also making preparations for the next season.
We are sure that DANCESTAR 2021 will be bigger than ever, and we expect an extremely huge demand and interest for LIVE competition in Poreč, in May. Therefore, we are offering the possibility for all dance schools with already paid deposits for DS WF 2020, to use them in May 2021., and have the advantage in choosing the desired accommodation.

Certain hotels are overbooked every year anyhow, and this way you can ensure your preferred accommodation early enough.

In a case of any changes in your reservation for the next season, we can make adjustments in the amount or make a refund anytime (till 07/04/2021).

Payment policy

25% deposit from total amount of the booking must be paid in order to confirm the booking, while the rest of the amount is to be paid in full no later than August, 31th, 2020.

Payment shall be considered valid only when received on Eol Tours bank account.

In a case that reservation is not paid on time and in full, Eol Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any notice.
 

Cancellation policy

In a case of reservation cancellation, following policy applies:

•   44 days before arrival (till 10/08/2020) – no cancellation fee
•   43-25 days before arrival – 25 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
•   24-15 days before arrival – 60 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
•   14-07 days before arrival – 80 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
•   06-00 days  before arrival or no show– 100% penalty fee  - total booking amount will be charged

Any kind of no show of the group members must be reported to EOL TOURS office at the check in during the event.

Other conditions:

Dance school/crew is allowed to make a pre-notation for the certain number of persons and confirm the reservation with deposit. The number of persons must be carefully assessed. If in the end turns out that the Dance school/ crew kept too many unrealistic places under reservation without reporting EOL TOURS agents about the bigger changes and decreasements on time, the Dance school/crew will be charged with a fee - 25% of the price of a gold package for all the places that were kept too long and released in April.
*(exceptions are group members that do not qualify, what will be confirmed by Dancestar office Registration portal).

For Dance schools that already participated at Dancestar World Finals, the number of persons for pre-notation can be based only on last year’s reservation.

Upon arrival, authorized person (group leader or School Director) is obliged to make:
  • a check-in at the hotel reception, and help to accommodate the group by showing the Voucher. All services that are not booked and are not written on the Voucher will be charged to the guest directly on the spot according to the price list of the hotel.
    Hotel check in: from 14:00 p.m., Check out: till 10:00 a.m.
  • a check-in in the Intersport hall, for collecting the wristbands. Wristbands belonging to a dance school /crew have to be collected at once and the authorized person needs to sign a Statement for wristband’s receipt. Authorized person has to be announced in advance.
