DanceStar World Dance Masters participants (qualified and competing at World Dance Masters) are obliged to choose between below GOLD and SILVER packages.

Please have in mind that the number of dancer packages submitted to the DANCESTAR BOOKING must be in line with the number of dancers registered in the DanceStar Registration Portal for participation at World Dance Masters ( requires settled registration and starting fees).
The school name and the dancers' names must match exactly.

ZERO HOUR Qualifier – Important information

Accommodation for DANCESTAR ZERO HOUR qualifier – can be booked as an additional night, together with your chosen GOLD PACKAGE.
An entrance ticket is not included in the price.
Entrance to the ZERO HOUR qualification tournament on 10/05 and 11/05 requires settled starting fees for the dancers, and approved entrance accreditations for the School director or Coaches ( according to the number of dancers).
Friends and fans – need to buy the entrance tickets for the audience area on the spot ( please see „ENTRANCE TICKETS“).

30% deposit from the total amount of the booking must be paid in order to confirm the booking, while the rest of the amount is to be paid in full no later than April 21st, 2026.

Payment shall be considered valid only when received on Eol Tours bank account. 
In a case that reservation is not paid on time and in full, Eol Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any notice.
 

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellation, the following policy applies:

47 days before arrival (till 26/03/2026) – no cancellation fee
46-25 days before arrival – 30 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
24-15 days before arrival – 60 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
14-07 days before arrival – 80 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
06-00 days before arrival or no show– 100% penalty fee  - total booking amount will be charged

All cancelations must be in written form.

Any kind of no show of the group members must be reported to EOL TOURS office at check in (when signing the wristband receipt) and followed up in written form. All reports submitted later will be disregarded. 


Other conditions:

The dance school/crew is allowed to make a pre-notation for a certain number of persons and confirm the reservation with a deposit. The number of persons must be carefully assessed. If in the end turns out that the Dance school/ crew kept too many unrealistic places under reservation without reporting EOL TOURS agents about the bigger changes and decreasements on time, the Dance school/crew will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Upon arrival, authorized person (group leader or School Director) is obliged to make:

  • a check-in at the hotel reception, and help to accommodate the group by showing the Voucher. All services that are not booked and are not written on the Voucher will be charged to the guest directly on the spot according to the price list of the hotel. Hotel check in: from 14:00 p.m., Check out: till 10:00 a.m.
  • a check-in in the Intersport hall, for collecting the wristbands.
  • Wristbands for SCHOOL DIRECTOR, COACHES and FRIENDS & FANS belonging to a dance school/crew have to be collected at once by the School Director. School Director as the authorized person needs to sign a Statement for wristband’s receipt (showing his ID card). Wristbands for School director and Coaches will be placed directly onto their arm.
  • DANCERS will be individually verified by the verification system ( showing their ID -cards). Following verification, Dancestar authorized staff will securely place the wristbands directly onto the dancers' arms.
