In a case of cancellation, following policy applies:
47 days before arrival (till 05/04/2024) – no cancellation fee
46-25 days before arrival – 25 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
24-15 days before arrival – 60 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
14-07 days before arrival – 80 % penalty fee will be charged from the total booking amount
06-00 days before arrival or no show– 100% penalty fee - total booking amount will be charged
Any kind of no show of the group members must be reported to EOL TOURS office at the check in (while signing the wristband receipt).
Other conditions:
Dance school/crew is allowed to make a pre-notation for the certain number of persons and confirm the reservation with deposit. The number of persons must be carefully assessed. If in the end turns out that the Dance school/ crew kept too many unrealistic places under reservation without reporting EOL TOURS agents about the bigger changes and decreasements on time, the Dance school/crew will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
Upon arrival, authorized person (group leader or School Director) is obliged to make:
- a check-in at the hotel reception, and help to accommodate the group by showing the Voucher. All services that are not booked and are not written on the Voucher will be charged to the guest directly on the spot according to the price list of the hotel. Hotel check in: from 14:00 p.m., Check out: till 10:00 a.m.
- a check-in in the Intersport hall, for collecting the wristbands. Wristbands belonging to a dance school /crew have to be collected at once and the authorized person needs to sign a Statement for wristband’s receipt. Authorized person has to be announced in advance.
